SLRMA-RPG has registered as a risk-purchasing group under the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986 and is able to make available to its members School Board Legal Liability Insurance and Reinsurance. This program is administrated by Brokers' Risk Placement Service, Inc. (BRPS) and coverage is provided by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London.
